Service Description
Astrology Wedding Planning Package Includes: Six (6) 30 minute consultations Five (5) Astrology or Wedding Planning Reports Two (2) Google Map Lists Budget creation: The default budget creation procedure used for this package is "Bottom Up." Total budget will be calculated based on the desired itinerary and plan. Please be aware that use of Top Down budgets (constrained/capped at a specific number) may result in second-choice location selection, fewer venue and catering options, or more minimalist decor and amenities that fit the budget constraints. Breakdown: Part 1: Date Selection 30 minute consultation (Intro Call, date preferences) Astrology Timing Report - Date Selection (Deliverable) *Client finalizes dates* Part 2: Location Selection 30 minute consultation (location preferences for city/cities) Locational Astrology Report - Location Selection (Deliverable) Google Map List #1 (Deliverable) *Client finalizes cities* Part 3: Venue Selection 30 minute consultation (venue preferences, budget, etc.) Venue Planning Report and Locational Astrology Report - Venue Selection (Deliverable) Google map List #2 (Deliverable) *Client finalizes and books Venues, bookings for any necessary air travel or lodging* Part 4: Catering + Cocktail Selections 30 minute consultation (dining preferences, drink preferences, budget, etc.) Catering Report + Cocktail Menu Report (Deliverable) Part 5: Decor + Vendor Selection 30 minute consultation (decor and vendor preferences, budget, etc.) Decor + Vendor Planning Report (Deliverable) *Client finalizes Catering + Cocktail, Decor + Vendor selections, books all Vendors* Part 6: Project Close 30 minute consultation (Review all reports and established plan/itinerary, Closing call). Add-On Option: Wedding Planning Project Management services from Gold Titan (billed hourly) With Gold Titan as your wedding planner and event manager, you won't have to worry about the logistics of booking your venue reservations and making sure your day runs smoothly. For an additional charge, Gold Titan will manage all of your bookings, so you can be involved in planning but don't have to stress about all the details. Get your custom wedding plan fully booked without lifting a finger, and have a representative handle any potential hiccups day-of, so unforeseen issues don't interrupt your celebration.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING POLICY: Cancellation or Rescheduling of any Astrology Consultation must be done more than seven (7) days before the date of the scheduled Consultation. Any bookings canceled seven (7) days or less before a Consultation will not be entitled to any refund, whole or partial, under any circumstance. "Last-minute schedule changes," or date changes made within seven (7) days of the Consultation date, will be considered a cancellation and any and all new booking dates will be subject to a new, separate booking fee. Last-minute schedule changes will be permitted without incurring a new booking fee, only in the event of true force majeure, or if there was a pre-approved rain date (or second possible consultation date) set in place and agreed upon by both parties in writing. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS: All consultation appointment bookings will be on a first-come-first-serve basis; and no specific dates/times can be guaranteed (unless previously agreed upon in private communications, or booked and reserved through the Gold Titan Booking Calendar). In order to improve chances of securing a specific date/time for your consultation, please book in advance to insure enough time for your specific scheduling needs. Any Astrological extrapolation made during any Consultation session is an intuitive interpretation of the planetary influences present at a specific moment or moments; and should not be taken as legitimate legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. I am not a licensed medical services provider, legal services provider, or financial services provider. All medical-related Astrology information is entirely historical & anecdotal, and should not be constituted as legally recognized medical advice. Incorporation of Astrology into Project Management is only supplementary material to the industry standard best practices as formally recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Astrology is not recognized by the PMI as a formally recognized project management methodology, and the integration of PMP-certified project management techniques with supplementary Astrological techniques is a personal business model choice. If service is denied, a full refund will be granted upon denial.
